Express Recycling was created to fill a valuable service needed in the Galaxy.

Many old wrecks littered the spaceways traveled by pilots due to pirates, asteroids and other mishaps, these were becoming dangerous. ER was started by Teresa Rowley & Matsu Makino, along with a select group to clean up and recycle these dangerous hazards.
